Two models available: 8-impactor type or 10-impactor type

Whether it's the 8 or 10-impactor type, both operate by the same principle. The advantage one has over the other is that the 10 impactor model can process about 20 percent more material.

Principle of operation: The MiniMaster Rock Crusher is a dual rotor, two stage impact crusher that revolves in timed synchronous fashion. The first crushing action takes place between two impactor bars that revolve in opposite direction. The broken fragments are projected by the same impactor bars onto an anvil positioned immediately under the central plane of the machine where the second crushing action takes place. The end result is crushed rock that falls in the one and one quarter inch minus category.

Both models have an inlet chute and a discharge that are lined with 1/4" rubber on the outside to reduce noise to an acceptable level.

The central part of the crusher is lined with abrasion resistant material and the rotors are fully protected against wear by the impactor bars.
